Position : Junior Accounts Officer.
Department : Admin & Accounts.
Gender : Only male can apply for this position.
Requirement :
Education: Bachelors or (flexible for experienced person in following responsibilities)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years..
Must have good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, e-mailing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze and ensure charging follows all budget information and chart of accounts;
• Prepare, maintain & update books of accounts.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly cash financial reports
• Preparation other on-demand reports as requested by donor;
• Cash Transfer activity management & Reporting; • Oversee office management, administrative support, record keeping, communication, event coordination, and compliance, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the organization.
• Supporting various HR functions by contributing to the overall HR performance of the organization.
Salary : Based on experience
Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka.
