Job Title: Executive.
Type: Contractual (Renewable per Year).
Department: Supply Chain.
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Deadline: May 15, 2024.
Employment under Enrooted (Under the 3rd Party Payroll).
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement, logistics, and distribution processes.
– Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
– Monitor and optimize transportation routes and modes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
– Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain quality standards.
– Implement and maintain supply chain management systems to track inventory, orders, and shipments.
– Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements.
– Resolve supply chain issues and discrepancies promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
– BBA/MBA in Supply Chain or any other related discipline.
– 2 years in Supply Chain/ Commercial/ Procurement Function in MNC/ Pref. FMCG.
– Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related functions.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
