Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Executive (HR & Admin).
Job Context –
We are looking for honest, energetic, dynamic, and hardworking employees who are experienced in HR & admin-related work.
Job Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for Implementing HR policy, and maintaining documentation and relations with employers & employees to achieve GTR’s operational objective successfully.
Requirements:
Diploma/Graduation/Masters in HRM & 1 to 2 Years( Executive)/ at least 3 years (Sr. Executive) of working Experience in HR department. Having a practical experience in a relevant field.
Salary: Based on Skill & Experience+ KPI-Based Bonus.
Other Benefits: Earn Leave Encashment, Yearly Increment, 2 Festival Bonus & other as per company policy
