Job Description:কাজের বর্ণনা :
1) Receiving customer phone calls and greeting incoming customers.১) গ্রাহকের ফোন কল রিসিভ ও আগত গ্রাহকদের অভ্যর্থনা করা।
2) Provide improved customer service.২) উন্নত গ্রাহক সেবা দিতে হবে।
3) You must maintain good relations with the customer.৩) অবশ্যই গ্রাহকের সাথে সু-সর্ম্পক বজায় রাখতে হবে।
4) Providing and maintaining various office information.৪) অফিসের বিভিন্ন তথ্য সরবরাহ ও মেইনটেইন করা।
5) Preparing reports on daily activities.৫) দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রমের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
6) The results of the work must be confirmed.৬) কাজের ফলাফল নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
7) Must have the attitude to work in any situation.৭) যে কোন পরিস্থিতেতে কাজ করার মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
