US Denim Mills is bringing Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) on board!

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program. This program offers aspiring professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in their respective fields. We are looking for MTOs in the following areas:
Software Development (Oracle) (2 Positions): The MTO will work closely with our software development team to design, develop, and implement Oracle-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
PPC (Production Planning & Control) (2 Positions): The MTO will be responsible for assisting in production planning and control activities, optimizing production processes, and ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet production targets.
Supply Chain (Yarn Procurement) (2 Positions): The MTO will support our supply chain team in procurement activities related to yarn sourcing, vendor management, and inventory optimization to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.
Chemical Engineer (2 Positions): The MTO will collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement chemical processes, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience: 0-6 months
Qualifications:
Software Development – Bachelors in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering
PPC (Production Planning & Control): Bachelors in Business Management/ Supply Chain/Industrial & Systems Engineering
Supply Chain (Yarn Procurement): Bachelors in Textile Engineering/ Supply chain management/Procurement & Logistics
Chemical Engineer: Bachelors in Chemical Engineering
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
