Position: Front Desk Officer
Vacancy: 2 Positions
Location: Rangpur
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (In-Office)
Gender: Male Only
Job Responsibilities:
– Warmly welcome guests/visitors and provide them with accurate information.
– Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
– Facilitate smooth communication by coordinating with internal departments and addressing queries.
– Maintain and dispatch documents while keeping accurate records.
– Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and other office tasks.
– Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills:
– Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Capability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
– Effective management coordination skills.
