Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process for the organization, including job postings, CV sorting, candidate communication, interviewing, verifying references, negotiating employment offers, issuing appointment letters, joining documentation, and employee profiling.
• Conducting new employee inductions/orientations and coordinating other orientation sessions as needed, interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Finding suitable candidates via job portals, outside agencies, social media, and professional networks.
• Assist in employee engagement and employer branding efforts.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in the Human Resources Division.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from any reputed university.
Additional Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Labor Legislation & HR functions
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Good Communication skills in Bangla & English both
