1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote property services.
2. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
5. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
6. Client Data Management – Collecting and updating the database and CRM. Scheduling meetings and assigning the lead to the ground sales team.
7. Help Clients to make the right decisions with their requirement and explain the various projects based on their requirement
8. Build relationship with new customers to drive sales
9. Build relationship with existing customers to generate reference sales
10. Conduct Site Visit (Virtual and Physical)

1. Monthly Target: Achieve a set monthly sales target in the property sell section.
2. Lead Generation Target: Generate a specified number of leads per month through various channels.
3. Client Visit Target: Conduct a minimum number of client visits per month to showcase available properties and understand client requirements.
4. Client Meeting Target: Schedule and conduct a set number of client meetings to discuss property options, address concerns, and facilitate transactions.
5. Sell Target: Meet the annual sales target for property services.

1. Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.
2. Experience in direct sales
3. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of the real estate market in Bashundhara Residential Area is a plus.
