PriyoShop is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Junior Executive – Accounts (Cashier-Operation)** to join our Hub Operations team. The selected candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in reporting and analysis to ensure smooth accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Process day-to-day vendor payments and manage end-to-end payment processes
* Record financial transactions in accounting software or manual systems
* Monitor cash flow and fund flow in line with company policy
* Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
* Ensure proper deduction of applicable VAT and Tax from invoices
* Prepare monthly receipts and payment statements
* Maintain and preserve all accounting source documents accurately
* Complete monthly accruals, journals, fixed asset and depreciation schedules
* Supervise and manage general ledger accounting activities
* Maintain liaison with scheduled banks, NBFIs, FIs, and insurance companies
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
* Support external auditors during financial audits
* Prepare periodic reports as required by management
* Perform any other duties assigned by the concerned authority
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
* 0.6–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply)
* Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
