The advertisers and users guarantee that their Content does not infringe upon any copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any individual or entity. They also agree to release AamarMarket.com and Vision IT from any obligations, liabilities, or claims that may arise in connection with the use or inability to use the service.
Advertisers acknowledge that their Content may be displayed on partner sites of AamarMarket.com under the same terms and conditions as those on AamarMarket.com.

Advertisers provide AamarMarket.com and Vision IT with an enduring, royalty-free, non-revocable, non-exclusive right and license to utilize, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute their Content. This also includes incorporating the Content into any existing or future form, medium, or technology.
The material, including the Content, software, and services, featured on AamarMarket.com, belong to Vision IT, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or third-party licensors. AamarMarket.com and Vision IT will gather information from Users and Advertisers. By using AamarMarket.com, Users and advertisers agree and grant consent to AamarMarket.com and Vision IT for the collection and utilization of this information. AamarMarket.com and Vision IT also retain the right to disclose the information to Company Affiliates and other relevant parties for the purpose of administering, supporting, and maintaining AamarMarket.com. Additionally, the information may be utilized to enhance AamarMarket.com, such as for research, marketing, product development, and planning.

Paid content and services
Certain content and services on AamarMarket.com may require payment. This includes, but is not limited to, membership packages, posting advertisements in specific categories, and utilizing the Doorstep Delivery service.
Memberships
As part of a membership package, AamarMarket.com will generate a Shop on behalf of the user. A Shop refers to a dedicated webpage on AamarMarket.com that is managed by AamarMarket.com and contains content provided by the user. AamarMarket.com retains the rights to the content contributed by the user and reserves the right to remove or refrain from publishing the content if it breaches any aspect of the Terms and Conditions.
Doorstep Delivery
Doorstep Delivery is an eCommerce service offered by AamarMarket.com that facilitates the delivery of items to Buyers’ doorsteps. Depending on the situation, the delivery and payment processes may be handled either by the Seller or by AamarMarket.com. The specific party responsible for delivery will be indicated in the advertisement.
To participate in the Doorstep Delivery service, Sellers must be registered members of AamarMarket.com. For Seller-specific Terms and Conditions, please get in touch with your Field Sales Executive or refer to the provided materials. By placing a ‘Doorstep Delivery’ order, Buyers commit to purchasing the item unless it significantly differs from the description provided by the Seller on AamarMarket.com. If the delivered item does not match the ad’s description, the Buyer is eligible for a free replacement under AamarMarket.com’s Buyer Protection policy.
AamarMarket.com does not guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of Sellers’ listings, the availability of items in stock, the acceptance of item returns, or the provision of refunds. AamarMarket.com is not liable for unsatisfactory or delayed performance, losses, damages, or delays caused by unavailable items or mishandling by Sellers.
AamarMarket.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to AamarMarket.com and/or membership for users who fail to comply with these terms.
Doorstep delivery return & Replacement policy
Returns, replacements, and refunds can be requested under the following circumstances:
• If the product is not in working condition, or if its specifications (color, size, weight, and dimensions) do not match the description provided in the ad, or if the product is physically damaged upon delivery.
• Requests for replacement must be made within 72 hours of delivery by contacting support@aamarmarketbd.com or calling +880241370495.
• AamarMarket.com will assess the validity of the claim and, if valid, exchange the product for a functional one.
• Claims for products without a warranty will not be considered after the specified 72-hour period following delivery.
• For products with a warranty, claims will be governed by the specific warranty policy, and AamarMarket.com will ensure that the seller honors the warranty terms.
Doorstep delivery replacement process
Upon lodging a complaint, AamarMarket.com will contact the buyer within 48 hours to verify the issues raised. If the complaint falls within the scope of the replacement policy, AamarMarket.com will offer the following options to the buyer:
• The buyer will be informed of the nearest courier location where they must arrange for the product to be delivered to the seller’s location.
• Alternatively, AamarMarket.com will arrange for the pickup of the product from the buyer’s location to be returned to the seller. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, along with the undamaged box that came with it. Replacement cannot be facilitated if any parts of the product are missing or if the box has been damaged. The seller will receive the product from the courier, assess the reported issues, and if the complaint is found to be valid, the product will be replaced, and the buyer will be refunded the courier fee incurred. If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed, including the courier fee paid by the buyer. However, if the complaint is deemed invalid, the same product will be returned to the buyer, and no refund of the courier fee incurred by the buyer will be provided.

AamarMarket.com and Vision IT assume no liability whatsoever for the use of AamarMarket.com and disclaim any responsibility for any injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from or related to (a) any errors on AamarMarket.com or the Content, including technical and typographical errors, (b) any third-party websites or content accessed through links on AamarMarket.com, (c) the unavailability of AamarMarket.com, (d) your use of AamarMarket.com or the Content, or (e) your use of any equipment or software associated with AamarMarket.com.
Indemnification
Advertisers and users agree to indemnify AamarMarket.com and Vision IT, including their officers, directors, employees, and agents, and hold them harmless from any losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, arising from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including negligent or wrongful conduct.
Modifications
AamarMarket.com and Vision IT retain the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on AamarMarket.com. It is your responsibility to review these modifications. By continuing to access or use AamarMarket.com, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms and conditions.
Governing law
AamarMarket.com operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
