Job Type: Full-Time
Workdays: Saturday – Thursday
Work Hour: 10-6
Salary: 25-30k (Based on experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visa Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa services, including student visas, work permits, visit visas, and migration processes. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients through their visa applications and ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on visa applications, including student visas, work permits, visit visas, and migration processes.
Respond to online and offline queries, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain regular communication with overseas universities and colleges to facilitate client admissions and visa processes.
Process student visa applications based on entry requirements and admissions procedures, enhancing clients’ chances of interview success through skill development.
Prepare and submit visa applications in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on all operational activities, including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Work collaboratively with team members in a competitive environment, achieving individual and team targets.
Take responsibility for client cases, demonstrating commitment and honesty while managing challenges under pressure.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in visa consultancy and immigration services, specifically in student visas, work permits, and migration processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a competitive environment.
Highly ambitious, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
