Job Requirements:
– Good knowledge of MS office (MS Word & Excel).
– Good Leadership skill, Communication Skill, Teamwork ability.
Job Description:
1. Provide Installer training to Installer joining at Distributor end and Refresher Installers Training as and when required.
2. Field Coaching /training for new Installer team as per Audit Score.
3. Regular checking of repeat Customer complaints and ensure that installer will complete checking.
4. Installer Tool Kit Audit whether installer is using good material/Consumables.
5. Field Service Manpower Planning at distributor point and escalate to Installers In-charge.
6. VVIP & Corporate Customer Installation & after Sales Service solution as well as Welcome Call and render regular support.
7. Routine Check of Installer team Uniform & Calibration of TAB/ PC/ Smart Phone/ Data Connection.
8. Operations Update to Distributor Installer Team, based on guidelines received from BexCom Central Team.
9. Providing stock and consumables data to Operations and Sales Team to ensure distributor will maintain our materials instead of local materials.
10. Various audit / tech reports/ data to concerned Department as and when required.
11. End to end complete monitoring of Installation & after Sales Service Process adherence.
12. Escalate Field service-related issues to HO Operation team for regular support to improve service quality.
