𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
RKS Associates is excited to announce job openings for the positions of Office Manager and Student Consultant at our Barisal City office. Freshers and current students are welcome to apply!
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫:
• Oversee daily operations of the office.
• Manage and support the team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans.
• Maintain and build relationships with universities and partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭:
• Advise students on university admissions processes.
• Assist with application forms, visa processes, and documentation.
• Provide information on study programs and opportunities.
• Conduct student interviews and assessments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of universities and courses.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree for both positions.
• Freshers and current students are welcome to apply!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫:
• Proven experience in a managerial role is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the education sector and university admissions processes is
preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭:
• Experience in student counseling or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of visa and admission processes is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
