Job Description:
As a PHP Developer at Enroxa, you will work with a dedicated team to build, maintain, and improve PHP-based web applications. You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance websites and backend services while ensuring excellent user experiences and code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and optimize database schemas and work with MySQL databases.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal application performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software on time.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PHP Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of PHP and experience with MySQL databases.
Proficiency in AJAX for asynchronous web development.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with jQuery.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
