We are hiring for a Top-ranked private University in Bangladesh.
Position: đ đŽđģđŽđ´đ˛đŋ / đđ˛đŊđđđ đ đŽđģđŽđ´đ˛đŋ â đđđ˛đģđ, đĸđđđŋđ˛đŽđ°đĩ & đŖđĨ
Employment Status: Full-time
Reporting To: Deputy Director â Branding & Communications
Salary range: 70K â 80K
Major Job Responsibilities:
¡ Achieve the communications objectives set for events, public relations and outreach set out by the Deputy Director.
¡ Conduct an annual stakeholdersâ analysis through PESTLE framework to identify the relevant stakeholders of university that are relevant for outreach, social media and public relations needed to improve the intake of quality admission seekers.
¡ Create and execute the annual events, PR and outreach plan & calendar to systematically connect and improve relations with the university stakeholders in order to improve image among university stakeholders and improve the number of admission seekers.
¡ Prepare and/or supervise the creation of communication materials relevant for public relation and outreach efforts to ensure maximum print, TV & online media coverage of various activities of university; news, events, achievements, curricular and co/extracurricular activities.
¡ Responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with media houses to ensure maximum news coverage achievable within the annual budget across national and regional newspapers and TV channels, which are relevant for university stakeholders.
¡ Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, outcomes, and deliver monthly reports that highlight key metrics and demonstrate progress toward program objectives.
¡ Responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of all internal university events.
¡ Central events such as, but not limited to, Foundation Day – and other special and external events as required by the Communications office to improve relationships with university stakeholders and /or achieve its communication objectives set out for events.
Education Qualification:
¡ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a reputed institution.
¡ Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies / Marketing / Arts / Communication will be given higher preference.
Experience Requirements:
¡ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
¡ Experience of working at a university/school in the same field of work will be given higher preference.
Additional Requirements:
¡ Must have a well-established network with media, journalists, and PR people across newspapers, TV, Radio, PR agencies, advertising agencies, event firms, and other related organizations relevant to the job.
¡ Excellent persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
