Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM).
Job Type: Full-Time.
Job Location: Arogga Head Office, Mirpur.
Workday: 5 Days (Sunday-Thursday).
Reports To: Category Lead – Health & Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Account Management: Develop & implement strategic plans for managing key accounts within the beauty category. Understand clients’ requirements, goals, develop sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, seller’s SKU management & act as a primary point of contact.
Account Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for key accounts aligned with the company’s objectives. Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within existing accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for beauty products & key accounts. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with key clients. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
Product Management: Maintain a deep understanding of the beauty products or brands being represented. Provide business accounts with product information, consumer preferences and training as needed.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Skills Required:
1. Proficient in G Sheet, MS Excel & MS Power Point
2. Report Generation: Business Forecast, Sales Data Analysis, Product Management (SKU & Price)
3. Stellar Presentation Skill
4. Excellent command over spoken & written English
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analysis tools
Experience Requirements:
1. 1 to 3 years of working experience
2. Candidates with experience in Beauty and / or E-commerce industry will get preference
3. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key clients
