Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Provide friendly and responsive customer service, build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth customer support.
To collect installment money from customer.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Other duties assigned by Team Lead.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ last semester student from any recognized university.
Freshers/ Previous experience for 1-2 years in a customer experience role.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Salary: Negotiable
