Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mentor to train, inspire, and guide students in digital marketing and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content strategy, and more.
Represent eShikhon in engaging seminars, webinars, and workshops.
Develop and update course curriculum.
Support students’ progress and provide career advice.
Contribute to eShikhon’s digital marketing and SEO strategies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in SEO/digital marketing with proven training and public speaking skills.
Skills: SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing.
Traits: Strong communication, positive and motivating attitude.
Preferred: Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint), bilingual in Bangla and English.
Benefits
Salary: BDT 25,000-35,000 (negotiable)
2-day weekend, overtime & tour allowance
Annual salary review, flexible environment, and twice-yearly festival bonus
