Job Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka.
Vacancy: Not Specific.
Job Nature: Full-Time.

Responsibilities:
– Must have knowledge on Western social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Tikor etc.) along with the ability to engage the target audience properly.
– Oversee a social media strategy for DHEU’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
– Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
– Work with our internal digital marketing team to brief and manage all paid social campaigns.
– Collaborate on analytical thinking for SEO and SEM efforts to optimize website visibility and drive organic and paid traffic effectively.
– Take the lead in reporting and analysis of digital marketing channel performance, with a focus across social media and brand activity.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
– Be fully aware of daily performance across all channels with the digital marketing team.
– Research and identify new and relevant influencers at micro, mid and macro levels in key markets.
– Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement.

– Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional marketing experience.
– Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling marketing copy and visuals.
– Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
– Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
