Job Opportunity: Operation Executive

Position: Operation Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Better Hope Foundation is looking for a dedicated and responsible Operation Executive to support and manage our social and field-based programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact and hands-on community work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate volunteer programs.
– Support and supervise field activities.
– Coordinate fieldwork and program implementation.
– Prepare basic activity and field reports.
Requirements:
– Strong interest in social development and community work.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Ability to work in the field when required.
– Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude.
– Previous experience in NGO or fieldwork is a plus (not mandatory).
Salary:
BDT 10,000 per month
Work Location:
Office and field-based.
