E-commerce company “Lalbagh and Hazaribagh” is recruiting for the positions of Cyclist, Company Biker, Self-employed Biker and Delivery Associate for its warehouses (Full Time and Part Time) “Contact address” ***Lalbagh: 38/1 Khwaja Dewan 2nd Lane, Lalbagh, ***Hazaribagh: 122 Sher-e-Bangla Road (Tannery Intersection), Hazaribagh, Dhaka-1209 Benefits of full-time work Monthly salary including attendance bonus is 13434 to 17086 taka. Shift time: 7.15 am/ 8.30 am/ 9.30 am/ 10.45 am and duty 12 hours (3 days in a row, 1 day off) Salary payment twice a month (20th and 30th) Mobile bill payment twice a month (total 280 taka) Salary increase of 1000 taka after six months and salary increase every year 14 days sick leave per year, 11 days festival leave, 12 days paid leave, 10 days casual leave ((after six months) Festival allowance twice a year (after six months) Bikers will be charged a fuel bill of 210 taka if they deliver after 17 pm. 10 taka bonus for each delivery from 18 to 24 25 deliveries: 15 taka bonus for each delivery Benefits of part-time work Shift Time: 7.15 am/ 8.30 am/ 9.30 am/ 10.45 am/ 4 pm/ 5 pm/ 6 pm shifts and duty 5 hours (3 days in a row, 1 day off) Each delivery incentive is 40 taka for cyclists and 55 taka for bikers. |
