Job Responsibilities:
Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is required.
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Experience working in International Call Center will get priority.
Fresher & under graduated are highly recommended for this Job if they are fluent in English.
Experienced applicants will have an opportunity to get promoted to Team Leader or Closer
Telemarketing training will be provided without fees.
Educational Requirements:
HSC, O level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements:
Age 18 to 35 years

Salary & Exclusive Benefits:
Salary is negotiable based on English speaking skills and Experience
Our Salary starts 12000 to 25000 TK monthly based on per hour rate.
Guaranteed on time payment will be provided.
Salary advance assistance for unexpected expenses.
Attendance Bonus: 1000 BDT/month. After successfully completion of 3 month it will be 2000 BDT/month.
Transportation allowance: 1000 BDT/month. After successfully completion of 3 month it will be 2000 BDT/month.
Highly attractive sales bonus.
Dinner facilities fully subsidize.
Salary Review: 3 times in a Year (Based on performance and activities)
Festival Bonus: 2 Times in a Year (After 1 year with the company)

𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲:
1. Record your voice for at least 2-3 minutes with an introduction on yourself (you can speak about yourself, your education, experience, expertise, family, friends, hobbies & etc). The recording of your introduction must need to be in English. Save the audio file. You can use any other audio recording software as well.
