𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭: Mysoft Heaven (BD) Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic “Project Manager (Technical)”
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. Additional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, and Scrum) are beneficial.
• Proven experience of 2 to 3 Years as a Technical Project Manager, leading and successfully delivering technology projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to comprehend technical concepts and challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and address project-related issues and risks.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for task tracking and project reporting.
