Educational Requirements: Gradation in any discipline.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and setup meeting schedules for the Managing Director.
Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.
Draft business letter, email, and correspondences and provide other administrative assistance regarding documentation to the Managing Director.
Take notes at meeting
Manage the Managing Director’s office ensuring the proper documentation of business files, record keeping and maintaining confidentiality.
Experience requirements :
Relevant field.
Salary :18-22k
Working hour: Flexible.
