Job Description:
1. Activating new Dealers & retaining existing dealers.
2. Managing dealers and retailers to maximize sales and market coverage.
3. Convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customers’ needs.
4. Participating in branding and promotional activities.
5. Executing marketing and sales campaigns as per plan.
6. Visiting existing and potential customers as per the divisional district’s brand promotion or activation plan.
7. Ensuring proper product detailing to the customers.
8. Maintaining communication with existing and potential customers and striving to ensure & increase the sales of electric bike & batteries (Rickshaw/ Mishuk, e-bike).
9. Achieving territory sales target as per regional budget.
10. Representing Green Tiger as an ambassador of the company.
11. Daily reporting to the line manager.
12. Doing any other task assigned by the line manager.
Employment Status: Full-time (Probation basis)
Educational Requirement: HSC/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business background is preferred)
Others Requirement:
– Must have good interpersonal skills.
– Excellent verbal & communication skills, should be proactive, a good communicator, and able to work under pressure.
– Fast learner, passion for sales, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Must have an Android mobile.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Age: 22-35 (Only males are allowed to apply)

Experience: Having Dealership activation related 1-year experience in sales will be given preference
Salary: BDT 12,000 to 13,000Benefits:
